Austin Travis County Integral Care Crisis Hotline

The Crisis Hotline operated by Austin Travis County Integral Care provides access to licensed counselors 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hotline callers receive immediate assessments, crisis intervention services if needed, and referral to additional community resources. However, if the caller is in imminent danger, a staff member will contact 911.

Crisis Hotline clinicians offer support to anyone seeking help, working quickly to identify how they can best be served and linking them with the most appropriate care.

Texas Youth Helpline

The Texas Youth Helpline is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They can also be reached 24/7 via chat, and by texting 512-872-5777.

The Texas Youth Helpline provides prevention services to youth, parents, siblings, and other family members who are in need of a caring voice and listening ear. Helpline counselors also assist youth advocates, such as caseworkers, counselors, and school officials by locating state and local resources. The Helpline also provides free information and outreach materials to those working with youth and families.

Trans Lifeline

This grassroots hotline and microgrants non-profit organization is dedicated to providing direct emotional and financial support to trans people in times of need. Available 24/7, Trans Lifeline's trained volunteers, who understand the unique challenges faced by young trans individuals, offer a confidential and compassionate space to openly discuss feelings, struggles, and crises. Remember, you are not alone in this journey – Trans Lifeline stands with you because it's for the trans community, by the trans community.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
