Did your kid just come out? Not sure what non-binary means? Struggling what to tell other family members? Looking for reliable resources to self-educate?

Family Office Hours are a safe space for education, sharing, and support for caregivers and family members of LGBTQIA+ identified youth.

You’ll meet with one of our Youth and Family Services staff therapists for a 1-hour appointment, where you can get the information you need.

Family Office Hours are available year-round, free and, held virtually, by phone or Zoom.

For ongoing support for parents and caregivers, check out our Caregiver Support Group or talk to a counselor about our family and couples (ages 18+) counseling services.
