The Texas GSA Network is always looking for more people in our dynamic family of activists. There are many ways to get involved, on any level.

Youth Council

Youth Council is a program for high school GSA leaders to support their clubs. Youth Council members from across Texas meet in person and on the phone to receive training and help other students with their clubs. Youth Council members receive peer-to-peer and one-on-one support for sustaining their GSA clubs.

Texas GSA Network Interns

The internship program is for anyone, regardless of age, who is interested in helping the Texas GSA Network. Administrative interns live in the Central Texas, and are the core decision-making body of the Texas GSA Network. They sit on committees, speak at conferences, conduct site visits and represent the network statewide.

Regional interns are located all over Texas. They build relationships with local organizations, conduct site visits at schools in their regions and host trainings for youth. Internships are available for academic credit.

Volunteers

Volunteers are integral to running our events smoothly. Opportunities include event setup, guest-hosting workshops, helping out with our Activist Camp, putting together materials for our website and much more.
